Kindle Fire 6 - which gen??
My dad received a Kindle Fire 6 as a gift. I want to get him a case for it, but a lot of the cases I saw say 4th Gen - is there anyway to find out what gen the kindle is? He got it through a giveaway from a casino so I really can't ask the gift giver.

There is only one generation of the 6" Fire (released Oct 2014). I suppose they're saying 4th generation because it runs on the 4.xx version of the Fire OS. It's also part of the fourth overall release group/year in the Fire line.
