How can I synchronize notes in the cloud

Hello.
My question is if there is way to synchronize notes that are taken from the kindle to view it later from the PC. So far I have not found a way to do it. Is that these annotations are saved to the file My clippings, but does not appear in Amazon cloud. I have also tried to visualize from leer.amazon.es, but the documents downloaded from Amazon store only appear there.
Any suggestions would be welcome.
Thank You.

If you connect the kindle to the PC with a USB cable, you can upload the "My Clippings" file to the PC and make a copy of the file. Then you can do whatever you'd like with the contents!

Are you annotating personal documents sent through Amazon's personal documents service? If so, those annotations are saved and should be viewable through the "Kindle for PC" app. As you have noted, the annotations for personal documents aren't viewable on https://kindle.amazon.com/ as Amazon Kindle books are.

(My highlights would be visible there? Huh. Learn something new every day. Then again, I rarely make any notes or highlights. bgDeb)

Faux pas on my part. I had forgotten; the Windows apps don't work with personal documents. That's never made any sense to me. Sorry for the confusion.
