Nook book doesn't appear in Calibre

Calibre recognizes my Nook, but a book that I downloaded to it doesn't appear in the Device list of books.

If this is a book you downloaded from B&N directly to the device it will be on the B&N only segregated partition (one of their dumber ideas). Pretty sure there is no way for Calibre to see it.
