Hmm? Cover and TOC drop from internal library
Has anyone encountered this? After the completion of cleaning up code in Sigil and creating an internal TOC, having both the cover page and contents page drop out when reading the ePub on an iPad?
It's all there when I test on different devices (Nook, Kindle etc.) but for some reason when accessing the internal TOC in iBooks, they are absent.

So its an iPad problem, not a Sigil problem.

If the semantics were set correctly,
