Help for Clarion West participants

The Clarion Writer's Workshop is a long time SF field institution, featuring an intensive 6 week hands on course, under the guidance of experienced SF professionals. Clarion West is held in Seattle.

This is not a happy Independence Day for some of them. The house where several Clarion attendees were staying was burgled, and four laptops, some clothing, and possibly other things were stolen. The affected attendees cannot afford to replace their laptops on short notice, and most quit their regular jobs to be able to attend the 6 week workshop.
