Kobo Glo HD not recognised

Kovid - is there support yet for the Kobo Glo HD? My 'Send to main memory' is greyed out:-(

I can drag and drop to it OK in Explorer which is a workaround but not nearly as good as doing it through calibre's menu option!

trishau: Can you report if this this works or not? The changes to the driver were made based on info from the firmware and Kobo but without a Glo HD to test them*. I am confident it will work, but, there is a chance.

* That will probably change over the weekend. Assuming the power comes back after the storms earlier this week.
