Free (nook/Kindle/Kobo/iTunes) 9 titles from Kensington [SFnal & Mystery Etc Romance]

A little early for April, but it's once again time for what seems to becoming the periodic monthly batch of introductory (apparently a bunch of these have next-in-series upcoming releases available for pre-order, though some of them are standalone) romance-related freebies, free courtesy of Kensington via their eponymous and Lyrical Press imprints.

Once again, these are all primarily romantic in nature, although there are some with strong crossover elements, such as the reporter/rancher vs crazed animal killer romantic suspense which the customer reviews tend to say has a strong mystery/thriller plotline in it, and the sci-fi dystopian rebellion reunion romance which apparently has decent worldbuilding shoring up the presumed-lost lovers plot.

It's a mix of novellas and full-length novels, with 6 new titles and 3 repeats from previous batches, all f/m this time around, and ranging from YA to erotic, with mainly sci-fi, paranormal, urban & alternate world crossover & high fantasy subsubgenres, and a couple of straightforward contemporary & western suspenses represented.

And this has been the selected 3rd (non-repeat) free ebook thread of the day.

Because even though there's like one thing I'd morbid-curiosity try in this (the one with the heroine juggling her world-saving-goddess-channeling and mundane-culinary-inn-running work-life balance; and maybe also the fake marriage one, since male redheads are kind of rare in favourable fictional depictions), I appreciate that Kensington are continuing to generously give away the freebies each month to people who really do read these, and offering a decent variety to hopefully appeal to a goodly cross-section of Gentle Readers' tastes.

Enjoy!

Newer stuff is on the top, repeats are at the end, although a few of them look like they've come out in new editions in certain stores, so you might want to re-get any that looked interesting the last time around and you want to make sure you have a copy of in whichever stores you favour.

(Incidentally, it looks like a few of the March batch of freebies are still lingering in selected stores, so if you're quick, you might be able to pick any you might have missed up before they finish expiring.)
