Having glare issues with the Nexus 7

I was having issues with light glare with my Nexus 7. I found an anti-glare screen protector and put it on my Nexus screen and now I am enjoying reading much more. By the way my favorite reading app is Moon-reader pro.

Is the screen protector a mat or clear? Need also that one but I'm probably looking for a clear one.

How did you apply the anti-glare screen protector ?
I always get little bubbles no matter how carefully I apply it

I was able to get the sreen protector for Amazon and yes it does have some matting to it. My wife was able to apply it without any bubbles. If I had tried it it would be full of bubbles.
