No text when I open a book on my pocketbook

Hello all!

I have a little problem (well to be honest, my mom has). I tried fixing it but I didn't succeed as I'm not a pocketbook specialist. Now for the problem: She bought fifty shades of grey, when she opens it on her laptop everything is fine, she can read and see everything. However when she opens it on her pocketbook it doesn't show anything. Literally nothing, just the pages. Could there be someone who had this problem previously?
