Troubleshooting Kindle 3 Keyboard WiFi+3G

Hi,

I have passion for trying new chalenges with the ereaders so sometimes it goes beyond my scope and I need some help

I got two Kindle 3 Keyboard - one with serial B006... (3G North America) and one B00A... (3G Europe), but it was said in the offer that they are Amazon locked

- lost and reported to Amazon and locked.
I presumed that applying Cubrick/jailbreaking would fix this, but it fails to do so.

The problem is that the 3G icon in the upper right corner of the screen does not show up. I have had this issue before - it just requires that the Kindle be registered with Amazon and the 3G is available.
But I can not register the Kindle 3 with Amazon, even after applying the Cubrick, hence no 3G is available.

Does anyone know a solution for that? I cannot beleive that this is a dead end for the 3G.

Any help is highly appreciated!

Return the Kindle to the rightful owner or get your money refunded.

As you state, the owner (the rightful owner) reported the Kindle lost and/or stolen.

Since that is the case, Mobileread will not offer you any help to access a stolen or lost Kindle.
