Library lost my audiobook
I borrowed out a few audio books, then returned them into the "slot". Now one is still listed as out, and they can't find it. Anyone else had this issue?

Sure. Sometimes things get reshelved without getting scanned in properly, and sometimes you find the book at home that you were "sure" that you had returned.

Are you talking physical audio books or downloaded digital audio books? Physical books, yes, as SleepyBob said. I make it a point to go into the library and do returns after the first time it happened to me.

Usually, when that happens, the next checkout will Balk because the book is listed as Lost or Overdue and is not available for checkout.
An honest Library will refund your fine.
