Moon+ Pro and AO3 Downloads
I read a lot of fanfiction, and I take advantage of AO3's download feature, to download epubs straight to my Nexus tablet. I've always opened in Moon+, and it's always worked great.
However, the last couple of days, whenever I try it, I get either a blank page, or a bunch of symbols. I don't think it's an AO3 issue, because the same files open fine with Mantano and Aldiko, I just prefer Moon+. Does anyone have any idea what's causing this, or have a place where I can email Moon+'s tech support directly? |

I'm also having problems with Moon+ with CSS formatting. However, I was also able to replicate the problem that you described.
I found a solution. I'm assuming you're using an android device. This is what I get when I press on the ePub link and chose to open directly with Moon+. What I usually do is open it with a browser app first. And then pull down the notification tray and then choose Moon+ to open the file. And voila. |

Thanks, I'll try this out, it's been giving me fits the past couple of weeks.
ETA: I did this, with epub, it doesn't even give me the option to open with Moon +, just Aldiko or Mantano, and if I try with mobi, it opens, but I just see a bunch of symbols. Last edited by diremommy; 02-12-2015 at 10:53 PM. |

That's weird.
I get these options when I open it from the notification tray. If all else fails, then you should just open the ePub file from your file manager. |

OK, NOW it's working the first way you said to try it, downloading with chrome then opening with Moon +. Dunno why it didn't work earlier, I'm almost positive I was doing it right, but Moon+ wasn't even an option for epubs.
Coincidentally, I'm trying to DL TW fic! |

Not that I'm badmouthing Moon+, but I'm currently switching to Pocketbook. Lately, Moon+ is ignoring the internal CSS files. |
