Aura H2O Internal storage does not show in computer

Some guy can tell me one way,

To change the H2o disk image.

How to get the H2O disk image.

My H2O not work.

You may want to take a look at this thread:

To make a long story short: if your situation sounds similar, approach Kobo or the vendor about it if your unit is still under warranty. It isn't worth fiddling around with disk images unless you've done something that would void the warranty (e.g. attempted to go inside to fix it or modified the firmware).

On the other hand, I had problem with seeing internal storage with my PC for unknown reasons after I was able to see it before.

Simple turning device off and on solved it.

I wrote a bit more about this kind of problems I'm experiencing here. Also, I'm not saying that this is solution in this case here.

I don't want to return to factory maintenance, or back to the agent service.
Are there any other way?

I had a H20 that would not show on my PC, I got an error message to format the internal drive. I tried every option but it never worked so I returned it as faulty.
