Lightbulb Windows: viewer's font aa request

2.16, AD 2015. Definitely, it's time to throw a bone to basic functionality appreciators,
Spoiler:
stop obsessively courting book editing features in changelog
, and smooth these fonts already. I bet even linux (sic!) users have their text rendering api implemented for their depraved aesthetic pleasure. Honestly, It's really unpleasant and distracting to read strongly pixelated text, and no, certain info-laden books are better read on your pc, not bookreader. I need to google stuff, switch between an app I'm studying and a book I'm reading - it's way faster than flow breaking, separate reading device. Could you add some of that DirectWrite, eh?
Thanks.

Wow way to request a feature. If I ever had any desire to do what you ask, you just killed it.

I was expecting this reaction. Really sorry I stepped on your ever wounded ego of creator, constantly assaulted with stupid, insignificant requests, who, after all, does it for free and invests his precious time (no time to finish basic features, like viewing experience in a... viewer, tho, that would be crazy), and therefore above of even the lightest criticism, and unresponsive to humor. It doesn't matter that there was a post asking for this insignificant font thing 2 years ago -- written politely, I must say, and politely ignored it stands. So in my infinite foolishness I decided to add some pepper to my request, to be noticed, see. I was wrong, oh Creator.
My plea I should have written in nasal lick-spittle tone: Oh pweese, Demierge, hear me words! Your virtual contraption is magniphhisscent, towering over any criticism and suggestions of the unworthy! Your Binary Majesty surely is too visionary to be dragged down by menial, repetitive tasks like polishing and making things pleasing to the eye, ye is constantly in search of new ideas, constantly expanding horizon of user experience with more and more and more and more features! Sorry I ever dared to ask ye to digress from your communion with muse of invention, and dip yourself into boredom of finishing morally outdated features, like book reader in a book management programm! Truly, who would even view books in a viewer!? Who would want their fonts smoothed in 2015?! Only ideological enemies of your Grand Design and Windows 98 haters! I hope ye will not cave in to this subpixel fancy of theirs and add browser and music player functionality instead, so us, worthless recipients of your algorithmic glory, would not have to leave your software haven for dirty decaying bloatware that is everything not made by you! Perhaps, CalibreOS, to preserve us from this third-party blight? Oh! I dare not to TELL ye what to do, majesty, no-no, I'm leaving.

There, I hope I appeased you, and quenched your wrath. Mayhaps, in a couple of years...

In fact, the more I think about this, the more Mobileread doesn't need you here.

You are now banned.

I'm leaving his posts here to show us all how not to act when requesting a feature.

Let this also be a lesson to all future spammers and troublemakers who come to this site: You won't last long.
