Kobo Arc & Personal Cloud

Hello, I was looking at purchasing the 10" Arc HD but do not think it would have enough on device storage for the movies, and books I would like to access on it. I was wondering if anyone who has the device knew if this device could access content via a device similar to WD - My Cloud 3TB Personal Cloud Storage External Hard Drive using a cloud app such as WD My Cloud from Google Play? or other drives ect?

I like the specs and current price on this tablet but I want to use it fore reading as well as watching movies while on vacation and traveling.

Also if you know if you can live stream contend directly from the drive to the tablet?
