Custom SS & JB on Touch 6" 2014 ? FW 5.6.1
Just got this and wondering if its possible to still JB these or at the very least, get custom screen savers.

It is possible, but you have to open the Reader and attach a custom cable to the serial port. So unless you are willing to do all that and invalidate any warranty, then no you cannot jailbreak.
