iPhone headphone jack extender doohickey
I got a new case for my iPhone 6, and the hole for the headphones jack is too small for the jack on my Sleephones to connect. I've been looking on Amazon for an adapter that I can use to get a decent connection so I can listen to my audiobooks without having to remove the iPhone case... The reviews for these items aren't great, so I was wondering if anyone had any experience with one of these, or similar....

I only have 3.5's to 1/4 since I had to plug mine into a mixer at school a few years ago.

Most of the iPhone cases come with something that looks like the second one. Make sure when you're looking for something that is specified to work with iPhone/mp3 players/stereo.

The first one doesn't have a grip or anything. That is going to be a nightmare to pull out.

This is definitely one of those things you buy at an electronics/music store.

Also both of those are for headphone only, they don't have the extra connector for the microphone on the male jack.

My only advice would be to not buy online without testing the cord somewhere physically if you can help it.

Based on the price and rating, and neither one works without monkeying around with the connection. I suppose you get what you pay for.
(I love my Sleephones too, BTW )
