Not really. When you have a cover, most sleeves are no good. I would never recommend a sleeve if it doesn't fit the Reader and the cover.

If you go to the site, you have a selection box to pick your Ereader. They have added Kobo H2O as a size. I think I will see if she likes this fabric.

I have a cover for her for when we are out. But for around the house a big part of why we got it was to read in the tub. The sleeve would be to cushion it when being used in the bathroom or taking it to the Jacuzzi when we are at the gym.
