Bookstore - Free Books on device

There does not appear to be way to view the 1 million free books available in the kobo bookstore while using the bookstore on a Kobo, like a the Glo. I realize that you can find free books on the Kobo website, but wouldn't it be nice to somehow show free books that are available on the device its self?

Does anyone know if this could be possible with a hack/patch to the Bookstore app?

No idea for the Kobo site's free library, but Koreader has OPDS implemented and comes with links already setup for: "Project Gutenberg", "Feedbooks", "Manybooks", "Internet Archive", "Local calibre catalog" and an option to "Add new OPDS catalog". With these, or any you add like the Baen Freecatalog, you can search and browse the sight's ebook listings and select a book, and download it to your device over Wifi.

One added benefit is that the Metadata including cover changes are included in the transfer.

Luck;
Ken
