Device: Kindle Fire
Calibre cannot detect my device

Wasn't able to connect my Kindle Fire using the welcome wizard. Tried using the steps in the troubleshoot thread-- this was the message when I ran the debug device detection:

calibre 2.9 isfrozen: True is64bit: False

That says that Windows cannot see your device either. calibre cannot do anyhing if the computer cannot see te device.
