kovidgoyal creator of calibre Posts: 45,331 Karma: 27182818 Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: Mumbai, India Device: Various	That error indicates your book has some crazy font sizes. You can turn off font size rescaling in the conversion preferences to convert it nonetheless.

It looks to me as if the error shows that font size rescaling is still enabled. See this line "'disable_font_rescaling': False,"

IIRC once a book is converted the global settings in calibre preferences will not change the saved settings for the conversion for the individual book. When you choose convert and the pop up window is shown go to Look & Feel and ensure that the box next to Disable Font size rescaling is checked. See attached.
