Complicated Saved Search Question

I have a custom column I created called #read, which defaults to false for all my unread books. I set it to true when I have finished the book.

I would like to create a Saved Search/Virtual Library (or find equivalent functionality) called "Finish a Series," which would return all unread books that are part of a series IF at least one book in that series has been marked as read. Series I haven't started yet (all unread) should not show up in this search.

Is there any way to do this?

Searches are by rows (records). You can filter by anything in the row

You can't filter by something in another row (that book you finished)

Nuts, I was afraid that might be the case.

Thanks anyway. Looks like I'll just have to wade through the list of unstarted series, too.

Look at the Quality check PI, it as some series tools. ( Tag books that have an unbroken series)
couple this to a not read VL AND unbroken tagged

If the series is now broken (another QC run without the retag)
