Custom Column Build from other Columns

Hi.

I was wondering why, when I choose a "Column build from other Columns, behaves like tags", why isn't the info click-able in book details like normal columns set like tags?

Because of the Built formula

There is no index (linkage) because the value shown is computed.

That's a shame.

It would be really neat if that were possible. Don't suppose that it is possible to add the option to Calibre?

If the option is NOT not intended to work "Because of the Built formula" then why does the option only appear if the Column type is Column built from... template (formula).

And the "Shows in tags browser" option works fine, what is the difference between a list of links in the tags browser and links in the Book Details?

Honest Answer. Don't know

to me built from other columns offends my sense of a clean DB
Store the computed (Kovid say the entire GUI sheet is in memory, so it is not permanently stored

)
store the source data

I had hoped that "Behaves like tags" meant it did all the things the tags columns did.
