Calibre 2.4/CC wireless device syncing can be slow
There is a regression (well, actually a bug in new code) in calibre 2.4 that causes the "analyzing books" sequence to run slowly. It doesn't do any harm, but with many books on the device it can take a long time.
It will be fixed in calibre 2.5. It is fixed in source now if you run from source. You can also revert to calibre 2.3. My apologies. |
