If you happen to like slightly quirky travelogues, this will probably appeal to you as the author does write a bit about the experience of being in each place that she goes to and runs through on about 3 continents (actually there doesn't seem to be all that much about the actual running, but I've only skimmed the first quarter), and I could almost make a near-Shakespearean joke about one chapter*.
