eBook count limit?

We are looking for a eBook managent solution and tested calibre ebook management. It's exaclty what we are looking for.
We testet it with about 2000 ebboks. It runs smoothly.
Is there a ebook count limitation? We need to manage about 75'000 ebooks.
Are there any Performance issue with this high count of ebboks?

Thanks for any hint

Calibre will handle 75K books without a problem, as long as you throw reasonably modern hardware at it. My (Ivy Bridge) Core i7 8GB RAM laptop handles 115K books without a hitch.
