Onyx warranty ans support service
Hello guys
i have few question about this support service As you can read in my other post of some days ago, i have a probelm ( Hardware not mechanical or damage ) to the screen in my M92 I bought it directly on Onyx Book .Com on September 4th , 2012 I wrote them to get the device repaired but theytold me to send the product to Artatech that anyway was out of warranty because it is ONLY 12 months I wrote twice to Artatech but never got a feedback I also wrote to Onyx international just today and i am waiting for an answer Regarding the legal warranty i wrote also to the European Consumer Center and i have fulfilled their form with all the info ( Invoices, mail sent, and so on ) and they assure me i am in right because in ALL EUROPE the minimal warranty is 24 months anyway i am really, let me see..., disappointed from Onyx behaviour. This device is one of the most expensive on the market but the support service is one of worst. Unfortunately AMazon has not anymore a 10 inches e-reader, because on contrary their support service, at least on Amazon.it, is really one of the best that i never met and used do you have some info or help for me to solve this issue? the warranty is anyway close to expire Thanks a lot and best regards |
