ePub wrriter ffor Android

I‘m looking for an app that writes epub files, but something more functional than the nearly brain-dead Book Creator (something that supports TOCs and links)..

Incidentally, does anyone know of any plans to port Sigil to Android? (I have previously worrked with Sigil, and it does everything I need.)

There are no plans to port Sigil to Android.
