How do I change the reading app?

This is probably a really stupid question, but how do I change the app that CC opens a book in when I select "Read"? When I first used the program, it asked me which app I wanted to open the book in, but I can't find a way to get back to that prompt - it always opens in the app I currently have selected, and I'd like to try a different one.

I'm sure there must be a simple answer, but I can't find it. There's nothing in "Settings" to change the reading app.
