New Kobo Glo won't display any books
Hi all
I just bought a Kobo Glo for my daughter (I'm in USA, I bought it on eBay from Canada, but it came new in box). I have my own Kobo Glo and have no issues with it. They are both running the 3.3.0 firmware. To test it out for her I side-loaded a few DRM-free epubs and PDFs, which I have no problems opening. They show up in her library, but if I try to open any of them to read I get a blank screen. It stays that way. If I tap on it, then after about 10 more seconds I'm back at the home screen and it says the book is "Finished". I've tried putting the books on the main memory and on an SD card. I'm at quite a loss for what to do. Has anyone experienced this? |

Never mind - I did a factory reset and started over and now it works.
