Error when importing word-file

When I open the editor and try to import a word document, I get this error message:

calibre, version 1.39.0
ERROR: Failed to open book: Failed to open book, click Show details for more information.

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "site-packages\calibre\gui2\tweak_book\job.py", line 34, in run
File "site-packages\calibre\gui2\tweak_book\boss.py", line 202, in func
File "site-packages\calibre\ebooks\oeb\polish\import_book.py" , line 52, in import_book_as_epub
File "site-packages\calibre\ebooks\oeb\polish\import_book.py" , line 29, in auto_fill_manifest
ValueError: This should never happen (gname=u'toc_1.ncx', name=u'toc.ncx')

This is happening for months now, I'm always hoping that it will be solved when a new version of Calibre arrives... Am I doing something wrong?

Open a bug report and attach a docx file for which that happens.

okay, just did. Error occurs with every docx file I have, so maybe it has something to do with my settings e.g.

No, it is a bug when importing docx files that contain no table of contents.
