Calibre Epub Catalog????

I was able to maKe a few, I am doing it by Authors last names, like all A authors ect, well after i did a few i think tru K it wont let me do any more and i keep getting this message

Can someone tell me whats going on? i looked on here and they said delete the Thumb.zip File, and well i cant find that, and i searched for a long time, so what am i doing wrong? that might not even fix it, so can someone please help me. thank you so much.

@Jessicadavey - I think you'll find it's in the %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\calibre-cache\catalog folder

Probably best to quit calibre before you delete it.

Dunno whether it will fix the problem, although it looks like it might
