Calibre VS. Calibre Portable 2

Is this a feature of calibre-portable or tweak I have not found?

I have used the full calibre program for a while now with many experiments and odd tweeks as I have seen comments here and in the help pages. So I am not sure if I altered something and forgot it, or the portable version behaves differently.

When I switch libraries on the main program and then close it down, the restart is with the last viewed library on view.

On the portable program the library on view on a restart is the first library created. Is this how it works or is there a tweak somewhere?

calibre portable only remebers libraries inside the portable folder. If you create new libraries inside the portable folder, it will start up with the last used library.

Thanks to theducks and kovidgoyal.

So I was both right and wrong - that's my life all over!

Now I will follow the right path and place the library where it is best for it to be.
