Page Down Page Up

I have just purchased a Galaxy Pro 12.2 for my wife with MoonReaderPro for music performance with an AirTurn pedal.
It works great in Portrait mode.
My wife wanted to try out using it in landscape with two pages on screen and we both discovered that the pedal can't deal with two pages at a time.
Is there a way to tweak MoonReader so that it is dealing with each page spread as a single page or be able to redefine the Pg Up Pg Dn instruction to flip twice?

I think the setting you need to look at, whilst the book is open, is:
Settings - Miscellaneous - Dual pages in landscape mode checkbox

This does bring up two pages on screen in landscape mode but it doesn't turn them one screen at a time. Rather, there is a one page switch at a time.
