epub to mobi font colour change

Ever since Calibre 2.0 when I convert from epub to mobi the main text is in a red font even though I have defined the paragraph style to be black. Appears to be something to do with the inserted calibre_99 class now being red rather than black? Either way, it doesn't make sense to me and for now at least I've had to revert back to using 1.48. Can anyone advise as to why this is happening?

TIA.

1. The original epub file is copyrighted but I have created a dummy epub file instead and attached it (both the original input file and the Calibre version)

2. I have attached the conversion log.

3. The output mobi file is attached.

4. The problem is that the text is appearing in a red font in the converted mobi file.

5. No conversion options were changed from the default.

It's not red, it's black, it just looks red in the calibre viewer because the calibre viewer uses a browser engine which was updated for calibre 2.x and the updated version cannot handle rgb() color specifications in <font> tags. I will change the MOBI input plugin to convert the rgb() specifications to #rgb which will fix it.
