Can't buy Previewed books

I'm hoping someone can help me with a problem I keep having with the Kobo store. My problem is that when I download the Preview of a book, finish reading the Preview then touch the “Buy Now” button and try to buy it, my Kobo reader goes into a loop: it seems to let me buy the book when I select the “Buy” button except it sort of drifts off into NeverNever Land. It locks up, the eReader is unresponsive until I shut it down. When it starts again I find that the purchase failed.

The only way I’ve found to buy a book after reading the Preview is to delete the Preview-book file on both the eReader and from my Library on the Kobo site, then go back to the Kobo store and buy the book again.

Not a big deal to go through all this but I have to wonder if I’m doing something wrong? Has anyone else noticed this behavior?

Are you buying the book through the website or desktop?

I originally bought it through my browser. After I finished reading the preview it asked if I wanted to buy the book, this on the Aura's screen. I tried to purchase it from that prompt.
