Kobo glo is not charging

Finally got my kobo glo working again after being frozen for a week. (factory reset and update etc)

Now whenever i take it off charge it freezes. i turn it off whilst on charge properly then release it from charge but it still wont turn on. it shows full battery life when plugged in. This is for both computer charge and wall socket.

Is there a problem with my battery?

any thoughts?

How exactly did you get it running again? Did you need to open it up and disconnect the battery? Have you got the battery plugged back in correctly with no damage to plug, wires, contacts, etc? Sounds like it only works when plugged in, that screams battery issue or power issue to me.

Good luck. Without the rest of what you posted and the story involved, it's going to be hard to get help in this thread...

Yeah i didnt have the battery plugged in properly.
Working fine now.

Glad you got it working. In a long career of troubleshooting I can't begin to tell you how often the cause of trouble has turned out to be the most obvious thing... obvious once it was found that is! ;-)
