Exclamation All Caps became lowercase in Numbering

I'm so sorry for my English. I would greatly appreciate for any help with this annoying issue.
I converted a docx file to epub file. In docx file, my Roman numerals was All Caps (for example: "XII. I LOVE U"). Everytimes when I converted it to epub, my Roman numerals changed into lowercase letters (for example: "xii. i love u). It's weird, right?
It just happens with Roman numerals. Other numbering formats are ok.
Another thing is that it happend on Epub Reader softwares (Aldiko, Moon reader... for phone. I read it on Calibre and it seemd normal.
Thank u very much.

As far as I can see all the roman list indices are correctly converted. Most likely whatever app you are using to read the epub does not support the list-style-type: upper-roman CSS, which is why it renders as lower-roman instead. Not much calibre can do about that.

Finally I found out that epub reader softwares on phone do not understand "small caps" letter (My list is small caps style). So I want to convert my list from "small caps" style to uppercase. How could I do that quickly instead of changing one by one.
