Thanks. It’s rather a convoluted process – you ‘buy’ a voucher for 0.00 which is then applied to your basket, so a Amazon account is needed.

But my KK battery is falling in capacity so I have ordered one.

I am sure someone will tell us. I recall a question as whether a email address was required.

For this you will need a UK address and for some other purchases a plastic card with a UK billing address.
