server error 74360

I am trying to set up my kobo glo for the first time via wifi, it connects to my server but when the loading screen comes up it displays a server error in '/74360' application followed by a lot of technical jargon. I also tried to set it up via the computer program but whilst the kobo was recognised by the computer, the kobo desktop setup never got past the 'connect your device' page. Any help would be really appreciated!

When connecting to your computer are you selecting the option on the KOBO screen to connect?
Wifi error sounds like it might be a transient error on the Kobo end that (if you're lucky) may clear up if you try it again in a bit.

Thanks, so far no luck. I am definitely pressing connect on the kobo screen, my computer recohnises it fine, I can open it in My Computer, the kobo desktop program simply wont go past the screen that says please plug in your e reader. The wifi error is apparently a Runtime Error, it starts talking about creating a web config and after that goes way beyond my technical understanding

I'd say reach out to the official Kobo help channels. Its possible they are having server issues.
