Can I put B&N purchased apps on a non-B&N device?

I know you can put the Amazon app store onto pretty much any Android device and put apps purchased there on any device, not just onto your Kindle Fire. What about B&N? If I have an app that I purchased through the B&N app store for my Nook HD+, and now I want it on my Android Galaxy S III instead, is there any way to do that? Is that possible? I really don't see a B&N app store app. I haven't tried logging onto my B&N account from my Galaxy. I'll try it later but thought someone else may have already done so.

Thanks.

Device: Nook STwG, Nook HD+, Kindle Voyage.
As far as I know (and its entirely possibly I am wrong) I dont think you can.
I have a Nook HD+, running CM10.1, and when I asked if I could add my B&N apps I was told no.
But I am hoping someone may come along and post that there is a way it can happen

Well, my Nook HD+ is rooted, so I guess I could just take the apks off and manually install them on my phone, but I was hoping I could just download them and install them normally. It's not looking like that's possible though. I played around some today and couldn't find any way to do it.

I have been able to use the apps installed on my nook and install them on my kindle fire. I used a sd card image to copy my nook "stock2sd_v0.1" that was over a year ago. With the new HD nook I have fileExpert installed and was able to backup the apps but they are no longer working.
