Hi,
I have had my PRS505 since Christmas and have been using it. O.K. my wife uses it more than I do.
I have been practicing with various formats. I discovered a free (care-ware) called Tomahawk. I have been able to format most of what I want in it.
However I am still learning to use Teseract (OCR software) to extract text from Docs.

I want to thank the organizers of this forum as well as the participants. This is a great resource.

Hello chips42, I had to buy the better half a Kindle so I could use my 505
