There's no such thing as a durable reader. You have to be very careful with all of them. No dropping, no bending, no torqueing or you'll break the substrate of the screen and render the device useless.

There are some really good protector cases out there but none of them really protect the screen from any of the above as far as I know.

If you're hard on your electronics then I'd pass on an eink reader personally. Sorry.

Thats no problem.I heard Sony made new big flex reader Wexler made some bad quality one.So maybe I will get ereader with flex display when they will be popular. Also I wanted to ask I use Acer Iconia B1,will my reader experience be a lot better if I change it to Kobo Arc ,Kindle Fire or Nook HD ,and what can you say about those cheap readers with retina display?

How are you using your reader -- i.e. are you taking it out and about or are you reading mostly at home? The fragility usually isn't an issue if you're reading at home. The big challenge is if you're taking it out and about in a pocket or purse or something where flexing and potential screen impacts can mean issues.

That could be a problem then. Hopefully you can find something that will work for you.
