Kobo Arc - WIFI Connection poor
Hi All,
I have WIFI connection problem with my Kobo Arc, the WIFI connection was fine for the first few weeks I had the device. However in the last couple of weeks, I can only get a connection when I am very close to the router, and I mean *very* close < 30cm. Right up against the Router in fact. The Connection drops when I walk a couple of meters to the other side of the room. I have tried upgrading to the latest Software, deleting and re-creating the WIFI connection settings. and various re-boots. Anything recommendations? I want to try a Reset of some kind - any advice? I have some games installed - which I don't want to lose. No books installed. I've read about 'paperclip resets' on the forum and the reset under 'Settings', can I reset without losing my games (or how do I backup first?) What is my best course of action here?
