Send to Device Template Structure Refuse to Work

I've been using Calibre for a long time and "Send to Device" has been my best friend when I need to add new books to my phone.

Due to some changes in folder structure, I need to modify my Send to Device template from:

{author_sort}/{series}/{authors} - {series}{series_index:| #| - } {title}

to:

{author_sort}/{series}/{authors} - {series}{series_index:0>4.1f| #| - } {title}

Unfortunately, the template doesn't work after the change. It still stayed in the original structure whenever I send it to my phone. Is there a way to fix this? Or is it my new template? I've tested it out on Save to Disk, and it worked fine.

Where did you change it? You may need to set it at the Device Interface plugin level as a setting there over-rides the global setting.

I set it at Preference, under Import/Export with the Sending Books to Devices dialog.

With your device connected, right-click on the Device button and select "Manage Configure this device". Enter your template there.
