MUCH Appreciated. Well over twice the content of the old recipe. For the non-believers, in the attached image the old recipe is on the right; the new recipe is on the left. 84.3mb vs. 30.2.

Thanks!

Yes, thank you so much.

I have a question. The way the papers now structure themselves, they keep some of the content for a period of time - i.e. it's not all new content every day.

this means that you're downloading some of the same stuff everyday, and have to navigate around/through it - to get to the 'new' news.

Is there any way to structure the recipe so that it looks at the date on the story (each one has a date: <span class="timestamp">) and not download it if it is more than one day old?

I don't see any spans indicating date in the index pages. Can you provide an example?

Sorry - not in the index pages - they're in the actual stories themselves.

I should also mention that using the new recipe, I cannot get the files to open in my Kindle4. I thought it might be the file size (60+ MB), so I've removed sections from the recipe, and got it down to less than 10MB, but it still won't open. Anyone else have this issue?

"The selected item could not be opened. If you purchased this item from Amazon, delete the item and download it from Archived Items."

That doesn't help the index parser, since it would have to download the article just to decide whether to include it in the index, and if so then the article would have to be downloaded again. All that would make for a very slow recipe.
