Hello! I'm the eBook Technical Coordinator for Penguin Books UK, and a long-time lurker of these awesome forums finally getting involved!

Yes, we deal with the exact same headaches all of you do, every day. Hoping to give and receive plenty of good tips here.

I'm here in a strictly non-official capacity so obviously can't comment on anything to do with my company or its products, but several years of experience with EPUB and all its - ahem - idiosyncrasies - mean I'm hoping to be of some use here.
