hrb and calibre- what am i doing wrong?

Hi,
first - apologies because I'm not very techy. I'm trying to figure out calibre and get my hbr subscription through calibre to my Kindle paperwhite. I have the newest version of caliber - i just downloaded it yesterday. I was successful in getting the economist but not hBR.

I've triple checked the log-in information for my HbR subscription in the fetch news scheduler - but i keep getting an error:
Spoiler:
