Trying out reader apps and CC

I normally use Mantano paid with CC, but after reading posts on the Android forum I'd like to try out UB reader as well. I have installed UB reader on my Nexus 7, and would like to read the same ebooks with Mantano and UB reader to get a good comparison.

But I can't seem to get CC to recognise or work with UB reader. Is it possible to get CC to offer me the choice of one or the other? I can't find any instructions in the FAQ.

Assuming that UB reader tells other apps what book formats it accepts, it should be sufficient to go to CC's settings, scroll to the bottom (the "Other" category), and tap "Clear default reader apps". CC will start asking you which one you want to use, again assuming that it finds more than one.

As long as you are trying out new readers, you might do well to take a look at Moon+Reader too.

I've used a bunch, and this one is far and away my favorite. Its very configurable and it allows you to save your progress across multiple devices.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I've already looked at Moon+ For good reasons or bad I really want a reader which will honour the publishers CSS.
