Transfer of plugin setting from one pc to another

Hi there,

Hope everyone's had a grand ole Christmas

Recently moved my calibre library to a new laptop (that went all fine) but I use the goodreads sync plugin, and the "rules" I use to sync the book shelves are missing when I install the plugin on the new laptop.
Is there any way of transferring the settings to the new laptop?

Thanks for any help in advance

Preferences->Miscellaneous "Open Calibre configuration directory".

From the calibre User Manual:
"If you want to backup the calibre configuration/plugins, you have to backup the config directory. You can find this config directory via Preferences->Miscellaneous. Note that restoring configuration directories is not officially supported, but should work in most cases. Just copy the contents of the backup directory into the current configuration directory to restore."
